Travel diary {Places}: Hello, Goodbye Stockholm City

Hello lovelies, I hope you all had a great a great weekend and the week has started out fun for you. For those of you who follow me already and might have read my last post, I mentioned I would be away for a while. Well, I'm back and I have got loads of pictures to show you.

Last week I was away on a business trip to Stockholm, Sweden. But I also had some free time to take pictures of the city.
Before I show you the pictures, I would just like to say that the city is absolutely amazing. The old buildings are well maintained and the new building are properly constructed. Certain building and sculptures are working the mint trend and I must say they are doing a pretty fabulous job. Whoever thought mint green, white and red could look so good.

We went to quite a number of places during our free time. We had a late evening walk at the riverside which was quite chilly but we were so inspired by the beauty it took the chill outta our bones.

We had a detailed view of the old town which included all the souvenir shops (I love to get everyone souvenirs when I travel, so I was trying my hardest not to buy too many things) as well as the Royal Palace which was oh so lovely. We were all wishing we lived there.

Since we were in Stockholm in May, we went for a walk in Kungsträdgården and got the chance to see the beautiful display of cherry blossom. Unfortunate of course that we were there quite late and the pictures didn't come out that good. All in all, it was a really fun and inspiring trip and on saturday we finally had to say fair well.
