I am always on the look out for drugstore moisturizers that actually work. With my oily skin, this sometimes gets a bit difficult. After watching lots of youtube videos and checking out some reviews, I went to hunt down the Clean & Clear Dual Action Moisturizer. I've been using it for a while and think it really works well for oily skin. The thing with oily skin is, if it isn't properly moisturized, it produces more oil to compensate the dryness which isn't actually there. I experience this a lot during the summer months when it's hot.
The Clean & Clear Double Action Moisturizer comes in a tube in Europe and in a bottle with a pump in the US {at least that's what I noticed afterwards}. It seems I watched more videos from US vloggers as I went out looking for the bottle since it's written in Spanish here anyway, so I almost missed it. The product is a cream based formula which is smooth and absorbs quickly into the skin leaving it properly moisturized. I also experienced less sebum production after using it. I usually use my Rimmel Stay Matte Primer after this and noticed that my skin was less oily and my makeup stayed on better with this product as opposed to the other moisturizer I've been trying.
To be honest, when I got this moisturizer I wasn't very high in hopes as I didn't want to be disappointed. But I am happy to say this product worked really well for me, and I'd recommend my oily girls give it a try.
