Over the years I've done a few gift guides and think those are still amazing posts, so be sure to check out 15 Gift Ideas Under 15 for her, Gift Guide for Men and the Gadget Girl Gift Guide. This time I thought I'd do one focused on fitness and adventure because this year I've gotten a bit more into both of these.

You've probably heard and seen the fitness bands and smartwatches everywhere. The fitness bands give you the possibility to monitor daily exercise and sleep routine. You can set daily goals and monitor your progress by synching them to your smartphone. The Mi Band is a great example which is waterproof and inexpensive. If you'd like to up the game on this, then you need a smartwatch like the Pebble Time which is compatible with both Android and iOS, and not only does the job of a fitness band but also gives you access to your emails, social media, music and more.

Next, I've included some nutrition related bits because nutrition is a huge part of health, so any fitness enthusiast will love the Breville Blend Active which is an on the go smoothie maker. Just put in some tasty fruits and vegetables, mix them up and take it with you. Infused water is something I have been doing for quite a while, and I've got a post on the Benefits of Drinking Lemon Water so go check that out. The Define Bottle gives you the opportunity to easily make infused water and take it with you anywhere you go. I think staying hydrated is much easier when you drink infused water.

Talking about snorkelling, I never knew how much I love action cameras until I tried out the Kitvision Escape HD5, but that unfortunately drowned during an incident on one of my snorkelling trips. Action cameras are amazing if you love water sports as they are waterproof and let you capture the beauty under the sea. But not only that, they are great for recording a variety of sports and the Toshiba Camileo X-Sports has similar features as the Go pro Hero4 Silver but at a lower price. I've definitely got my eye on it for next spring.
