Hello beauties. Following my previous post in this series about where to find Holiday Season Party Dresses, I'm back with another one. The first post was on sparkly dresses, and I thought I'd do one on Little Black Dresses. Personally I feel like you cannot have too many LBDs because they look classy and fit any occasion. Plus, they are the perfect go to outfit if you can't think of anything else you'd like to wear, or something doesn't fit last minute etc. LBDs are very easily styled up or down, which is perfect.
I've put together a few of the dresses I liked. They range from extremely simple to a bit more glam. These dresses are also perfect for any style: whether you're the girly girl, punk rock, boho or just like a bit of edge. You can accessorize your LBD to go with your sense of style.
The simplest dress in my list is from Wearall. It's the Jennifer Bodycon Bandage Dress which I think would look fab with a statement necklace. I've reviewed 2 of their items and both were fab: The Shawna Tartan Dungaree Dress and the Tia Spike Shoulder Jumper. If you'd like to make an order with them, use the code ANITA20 for 20% off {valid till 22nd Dec}.
Another dress which is quite simple but totally gorgeous is the Pattern-knit Dress from H&M. This dress has a bit of fine mesh on top with a flared skirt. Next we have the Structured Leopard Print Dress from Stradivarius. Once I saw this dress, I just had to include it because there are some leopard prints which are just scary and I would probably not wear them to a Christmas Party, but this one is different. It is a lovely black print dress for an evening out.
Next we have a bit of lace because lace is big this season, and I am loving the way it looks on black dresses. We have the Chenille Black Floral Lace Skater Dress which is a strapless skater dress with lace over it. It has got lace mesh on top and the back is just gorgeous. Be sure to check it out because I'm sure you'd love it. I've got my eye on this one. Lastly, we have the Chi Chi Phillipa Dress which is a lovely cream with black overlay cocktail dress. It's got a sheer mesh neckline and a skater bottom. The lace dresses are definitely my favourite ones in this list.
All the dresses are gorgeous and I think either of them is great to have in your closet, and they can all be styled up or down. Here's how I'd style up/down an LBD: Style up an LBD simply add a statement necklace that is to die for, a cute clutch and some killer heels. To style it down, wear a dainty necklace, a pair of chelsea boots and a fedora hat.
